About the Ranch

BarBarry Ranch is owned and operated by Barbara Cohen and Barry “Latigo” Feldman.

The ranch house is a 5,000 square foot brick and stucco two-story home that has now lived in three different places. The house was built in 1912 and was a boarding house on Mountain Avenue in Fort Collins, Colorado. Sometime in the 60’s it was moved to a location south of town between Fort Collins and Loveland and then moved to it’s present location in 1981.

Since acquiring the house and an additional 40 acres of land in 1999, Barbara has supervised a complete remodel to restore it to a vintage 1912 look. At the same time Latigo has been working on the barn and corrals.
